Visa Details

1. Visa Type – Tourist Visa

2. Visa Validity – As per Embassy approval

3. Entry Type – Single / Multiple Entry (as approved)

4. Passport Validity – Minimum 6 months from the intended departure date from the Schengen Area

5. UAE Residence Visa Validity – Minimum 3 months beyond the intended departure from the Schengen Area

Required Documents

Personal Documents

  • Original Passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Copy of UAE Residence Visa (minimum 3 months validity)
  • One recent passport-size photograph (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, taken within the last 6 months)

Employment & Financial Documents

  • Original Bank Statements for the last 3 months (bank stamped and signed)
  • Original No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer

Travel Documents

  • Visa Application Form (Prepared by Travelbee)
  • Round-trip Flight Reservation (Provided by Travelbee)
  • Hotel/Accommodation Reservation (Provided by Travelbee)
  • Travel Itinerary (Prepared by Travelbee)
  • Travel Medical Insurance (One-week coverage arranged by Travelbee. Additional charges apply for longer coverage.)
  • Personal Covering Letter (Prepared by Travelbee)

Application Process

Step 1

Submit all the required documents to Travelbee.

Step 2

Travelbee will:

  • Prepare your Visa Application Form
  • Prepare your Covering Letter
  • Arrange your Flight Reservation
  • Arrange your Hotel Reservation
  • Prepare your Travel Itinerary
  • Arrange your Travel Medical Insurance

Step 3

Travelbee will schedule your VFS appointment.

Step 4

Visit the Visa Application Centre on your appointment date.

Step 5

Pay the Embassy/VFS Visa Fee (if applicable).

Step 6

The Embassy will process your application and issue the final decision.

Processing Time

Processing time depends on the respective Embassy/Consulate.
