Visa Details

1. Visa Type – B1/B2 Visitor Visa (Business & Tourism)

2. Visa Validity – As per U.S. Consulate approval

3. Entry Type – Multiple Entry (Subject to approval)

4. Passport Validity – Minimum 6 months beyond the intended stay

5. Interview Requirement – Mandatory for all applicants, including minors and applicants above 80 years of age

6. Biometrics – Mandatory at the U.S. Consulate

  • UAE Residence Visa Copy
  • Three recent passport-size photographs (5 × 5 cm, white background)

Employed Applicants

  • Original Leave Approval Letter
  • Salary Slips for the last 6 months

Self-Employed Applicants

  • Business/Employment Proof

Students

  • Bonafide Certificate
  • Student ID Card Copy
  • Birth Certificate

Financial Documents

  • Original Personal Bank Statements for the last 6 months (Bank stamped and signed)

Travel Documents

Prepared by Travelbee

  • Appointment Letter
  • DS-160 Confirmation Page
  • Hotel Reservation (For Tourist Visa)
  • Travel Itinerary

Additional Applicant Documents

  • UAE Tenancy Contract (English Copy)

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Additional Documents (If Visiting Family/Friends)

Please provide:

  • Invitation Letter addressed to the Visa Officer
  • Host’s Passport Copy
  • U.S. Visa / Green Card Copy
  • Tenancy Agreement / Property Ownership Proof
  • Utility Bill

If the host is sponsoring your trip:

  • Last 6 Months Salary Slips
  • Employment Letter / Employment Contract
  • Last 6 Months Bank Statements

Application Process

Step 1

Submit the required scanned documents to Travelbee.

Step 2

Travelbee will:

  • Complete the DS-160 Application
  • Review all supporting documents
  • Schedule your Visa Interview

Step 3

Attend the U.S. Consulate personally for:

  • Biometrics
  • Personal Interview

Step 4

Carry all original documents to the interview.

Step 5

The Consular Officer will make the final visa decision.

Processing Time

Approximately 7 working days after the interview. (Interview appointment availability depends on the U.S. Embassy.)
